4 Integration of the statuses of residence of “College Student” and “Pre-College Student”

- I understand that the statuses of residence of “College Student” and “Pre-College Student” will be integrated into one as “Student”. When will this take effect?

The actual date of enforcement of the integration is July 1, 2010.

- After the enforcement of the amended law, is a student with a status of residence of “Pre-College Student” required to change his/her status of residence to “Student”?
A
If there is no change in his/her activities, the student with the status of residence of “Pre-College Student” is not required to change his/her status of residence to “Student”.
